Rule 6
Matters to be disclosed in the indictment
In addition to the matters to be disclosed in accordance with the prevailing law, in the indictment to be filed as per rule 5, the following matters should also be disclosed as far as possible:-
(a) Telephone number and electronic communication address of the offender such as e-mail, fax, website,
(b) computer property or computer system or other equipment used to commit the offence,
(c) Details and type of damage caused to computer property or computer system or any other loss or damage.
